What Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
HBOT is a therapy where you breathe enriched oxygen inside a pressurized chamber. The elevated pressure allows oxygen to dissolve directly into your blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, lymph, and bone — reaching areas normal circulation can't.
We use mild soft-shell hyperbaric chambers that reach 1.4–1.5 ATA. These chambers are extremely safe, and because oxygen levels do not become flammable at these concentrations. You arrive, briefly check in with Curtis or our team. We review your health goals, answer any questions, and ensure you're comfortable. No special prep needed.
Wear comfy, casual, loose-fitting clothing. The HBOT A/C unit keeps it cool yet comfortable.

Enter the Chamber
You step inside our state-of-the-art hyperbaric chamber and get comfortable. The chamber is spacious with windows — no claustrophobia concerns for most clients.
Many clients bring a book, listen to music, or simply rest during therapies.
~15–20 min
Pressurization
The chamber slowly pressurizes to the target level (1.5× atmospheric). You may feel a mild "pop" in your ears — just like descending on an airplane. Completely normal.
If it applies, swallow, yawn, or gently pinch your nose and blow to equalize ear pressure.
~60–90 min
Active Therapy
At full pressure, you breathe pure oxygen through a comfortable headset. Your body absorbs healthy amounts of O₂ — regenerating, and replenishing at the cellular level.
This is your time to relax fully. Many clients fall asleep during therapies!
~15–20 min
Depressurization
The chamber slowly returns to normal pressure. The same gentle ear equalization applies on the way down. You'll feel refreshed, clear-headed, and energized.
